Our stage rates are based on a 10 hour day
Base Rate for either stage is $1500 a day
A la Carte items:
Prep Kitchen is an additional $500 a day
Kitchen Set is an addition $500 a day
Prop Room is a flat fee of $500 for up to 5 days.
Surfaces are $200 each for up to 5 days.

Fine Print:

Cleaning & Reset Fee - $500 Applied to all shoots over 3 days.

Electric Recovery Fee - $500 Applied to all shoots over 3 days.

* County Fire & Pyrotechnic permit not included.

Weekends are an additional 25% to the day rate.

Holidays are an additional 50% to the day rate.

Overtime: 0-2 hours billed at 1.5x of rate - 2 or more hours billed at 2x rate.

10hr day – call time starts when the gate is opened and stops when gate is closed.

Vender Pick-Up: Items may be left behind 1 day for vendor pick-up. $100/per vendor.

Trash: Extra trash pick up $150/per dump.
