Our stage rates are based on a 12 hour day
Base Rate for either stages is $2000 a day
A la Carte items:
Prep Kitchen is an additional $700 a day
Kitchen Set is an addition $700 a day
Prop Room is a flat fee of $500 for up to 5 days.
Surfaces are $200 each for up to 5 days.

• 10 folding tables
• 15 folding chairs

We include lots of extra items at no addition charge.
- Kitchen Cabinet Door Change - $500/each
Surfaces - $200/each
Prop Room - $500 - flat fee
Grip / Gear Items
Cleaning & Reset Fee - $500.
Electric Recovery Fee - $500/day Covers AC and house power.
* County Fire & Pyrotechnic permit not included.
Weekends are an additional 25% to the day rate.
Holidays are an additional 50% to the day rate.
Overtime: 0-2 hours billed at 1.5x of rate - 2 or more hours billed at 2x rate.
12hr day – call time starts when the gate is opened and stops when gate is closed.
Vender Pick-Up: Items may be left behind 1 day for vendor pick-up. $100/per vendor.
Trash: Extra trash pick up $150/per dump.
